Can I cancel at any time? +
Yes. No fixed contracts, no penalties. Cancel your subscription immediately at any time from your account. No further charges will be made.
What if I don't like something in the box? +
Log into your account and update your preferences. You can exclude any item you don't want. You can change your preferences every single week if you like.
What if I'm not home when it's delivered? +
All boxes are weatherproof closed-top boxes. Your driver will leave it in the most discreet and secure place possible.
Can I skip a delivery or pause my subscription? +
Yes. Go to My Account → Subscriptions to skip any week or pause as long as you need.
How much does delivery cost? +
Delivery is £2.95 in London and £4.95 for the rest of the UK, regardless of how much you order. Minimum order is £15.
Is the produce organic? +
We work with farmers who use organic growing methods but not all are certified organic, so we don't make that claim. Quality and freshness are always our first priority.
